What is an agriturismo?
An agriturismo is a farm with guest rooms, apartments, or both. Most are still working farms, producing wine or olive oil. You spend your holiday in the real Italy. Surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, hills or mountains. In a renovated mansion, a luxury villa, or a bed & breakfast. If it is peace and rural tranquillity you are looking for, this is your answer. And you have ample room to relax. Don’t be put off by unpaved roads. The final destination is worth it.
Personally selected by Margot
I have personally visited every agriturismo, and selected them for their comfort, luxury, hospitality and authentic Italian atmosphere. I know the owners personally. Having lived in Italy for many years, I know the language and the culture. You benefit from that. Because we put such great care and attention into selecting the agriturismos, My Italy can give you sound advice.

Tropea - Pearl of Calabria
Tropea is an enchanting coastal town in southern Italy, located on a high cliff above the Tyrrhenian Sea. Its charming center consists of a maze of narrow alleys, historic buildings, atmospheric squares and local stores full of artisan products and delicacies. Of course, I also went to Piazza del Cannone to take a photo, because from this viewpoint you have a breathtaking view of the golden beach and clear blue sea, with the iconic Santa Maria dell'Isola in the foreground. Tropea is culinary famous for its sweet, red onions, often braided into decorative bunches. Their unique flavor can be found in everything from chutneys and pasta to even ice cream. And you won't easily forget the spicy Calabrese peppers, either!
Beach at Grottammare and Beach Club Noa
The beach of Grottammare, on the Adriatic coast in Marche, is a hidden gem. This charming town offers wide sandy beaches with fine, golden sand and calm, clear blue waters. The cozy promenade, surrounded by palm trees, has a relaxed and Mediterranean atmosphere. I visit the Marche regularly and love going to Beach Club Noa. During the day it is great to relax on the comfortable sunbeds, enjoying the sun and the view of the sea. But my favorite time is still the evening. Noa's cuisine is excellent, with fresh fish dishes that go perfectly with a glass of cool Verdicchio, the local white wine.
Riviera del Conero, Marche
The Riviera del Conero, located on the Adriatic coast in the Marche region, is a must-see as far as I am concerned. This area combines rugged nature, pearly white beaches with crystal clear waters and picturesque bays. An absolute recommendation is Spiaggia delle Due Sorelle, an idyllic bay accessible only by boat or via challenging hiking trails. For a slightly more accessible experience, visit Spiaggia di San Michele or Sassi Neri, where you can enjoy a relaxing day of sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. There are plenty of beach bars and lidos along the coast where you can enjoy fresh (fish) dishes and local wine.
The Skipper Beach Club in Castiglione della Pescaia
The beach of Castiglione della Pescaia is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful on the Tuscan coast. Extensive sandy beach, surrounded by dunes and pine trees, with clear blue water. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere and good facilities. My regular spot is Beach Club Lo Skipper, where you can lounge on comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas and enjoy delicious food. My favorite time of the day? In the early evening, for an aperitivo. With a glass of prosecco and the enchanting sunset over the sea, it's ultimate enjoyment.
