Hotel on Lake Como in a vibrant village

I have been spending my summers on Lake Como for years and this nice hotel is close to my favorite beach. Due to its unique location, this hotel had to be on my site. It is located in a cozy village within walking distance of the lake and the most beautiful beach on Lake Como. Restaurants, bars and shops in the village are within easy reach. And via a panoramic boulevard along the lake you can walk to a small fishing port, with even more terraces and restaurants.

The hotel is run by a family with decades of experience in the hospitality sector. In addition another country hotel nearby (number 115 on my site) they own a cozy beach bar on the lake. The hotel has a panoramic breakfast room with a view of the lake, where a good breakfast buffet is served. There is also a bar here for a cappuccino or a drink. The hotel's restaurant specializes in wood-fired pizza, but other dishes are also available. When the weather is good you can eat outside. The hotel has a swimming pool (15x7m) with a shallow area for children and a jacuzzi area. In the evening the swimming pool is beautifully illuminated in different colors.

Within walking distance of the beach, shops and cafes

There are not many hotels on Lake Como that are as ideally located as this hotel. You can walk straight from your room to the beach in slippers or go for a swim in the lake. A car-free walking and cycling path runs along the beach, a pebble beach with a sunbathing lawn of more than 1 kilometer long. There are several bars along this path, including the beach bar of the hotel owners (200 meters walk), with a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. There is a supermarket within walking distance and some nice boutiques. The best gelateria (ice cream parlor) in the village is also a short walk away.

Plenty of entertainment for families with teenagers

There are numerous activities to do on and around the lake. There is a surf school a short walk away where they can take lessons. But you can also rent SUPs and canoes to get out on the water for a few hours. There is a water park with slides in the lake just a 25 kilometer drive away. There are also several bicycle rental companies in the village, including e-bikes. Teenagers can also explore independently by bicycle/e-bike, because a kilometer-long cycle path along the lake starts directly at the hotel. If they prefer to take their adventure higher, there is a fantastic climbing park 15 kilometers away. There are several cozy bars for a fun evening and there is a small disco within walking distance where locals and tourists come together in the summer.

40 modern rooms with air conditioning and WiFi

The hotel has a total of 40 rooms, the standard with a view of the mountains and the superior with a view of the swimming pool and the lake. There are also standard family rooms with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a bunk bed for a maximum of 2 children (up to 12 years). For families with older children, there are a number of superior family rooms consisting of 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The superior family rooms each have their own terrace. The comfortable rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with a double bed (twin beds also possible), air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, safe, kettle, hairdryer and minibar. Each room also has a small balcony or terrace. There is the possibility to park at the hotel.

From this charming hotel with swimming pool and restaurant on beautiful Lake Como, you can walk straight from your room to the beach, shops and cafes in the lively village. It is wonderful to relax here on the beach or by the pool and because of the countless activities in the area (many within walking distance) such as swimming, surfing, cycling and climbing, children and teenagers will not easily get bored here.
