An attractive agriturismo less than 800 metres from the sea in beautiful Tuscany
On my first visit here I had such a warm welcome from the owner and his parents: they gave me a delicious Illy espresso and showed me round the property.
The owner is mainly concerned with receiving the guests. His father works on the land and cultivates different kinds of vegetables as well as olives and cereals. So you can buy the various products such as olive oil, tomato sauce and several vegetables at the property.
The agriturismo is a quiet farmhouse, in the countryside, about 5 km from a well known Tuscan coastal town. The nearest beach is only 800 metres away. With mountain bikes, which you can rent at the agriturismo, it is easily accessible. The agriturismo’s highlight is its beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and a separate babypool andjacuzzi. There is also a children's playground and even some animals.
The owner loves to cook and about three times a week he cooks for his guests. Here he uses only local products like vegetables from their own garden and good quality meat from the butcher in the neighborhood. Breakfast and a light lunch are served at the agriturismo.
The apartments
The agriturismo consists of 10 apartments. One of these apartments is a so-called trilocale apartment (with two bedrooms) and nine of them are bilocale apartments with 1 bedroom. The apartments on the ground floor are located near the pool-side and have a private terrace. The apartments on the first floor are located at the back of the farmhouse and overlook the fields. The apartments on the first floor all have a private patio in the garden. All apartments are equipped with wifi and air conditioning.
