This small country house is part of a large agriturismo in Tuscany, located in the hills of the Maremma just 20 minutes from the coast. It offers all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday. Whether you come as a family, a couple or with friends, you will enjoy peace, luxury and the proximity of cozy seaside resorts on the Tuscan coast. The agriturismo has 24 apartments and 7 rooms in 6 different country houses scattered around the estate. The different country houses are under the numbers 209, 210, 211 and 212 on my site. 

Agriturismo near the beach in Tuscany

Maremma, in the southern part of the Tuscan coast, is perfect for beach lovers. Around Punta Ala you will find wide sandy beaches shaded by pine trees. Popular beach resorts nearby, such as Castiglione della Pescaia and San Vincenzo, offer beach bars, restaurants and markets and are easily accessible from the agriturismo.

Heated indoor pool and 4 outdoor pools

There are four fenced outdoor swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, which guests can use free of charge. The largest pool is located under tall pine trees and offers panoramic views. There is also a heated indoor pool, accessible all year round. 

Agriturismo with breakfast and its own restaurant 

The restaurant uses ingredients from the agriturismo and local farmers. Guests can enjoy a rich buffet breakfast on the terrace or in the panoramic breakfast room. Also, the chef offers weekly cooking classes for those who want to discover the Tuscan cuisine. 

Bike park and wonderful e-bike trails

The agriturismo has an excellent bike park with trails for mountain bikers of all levels. There are also good options for road bikes and gravel bikes in the area. Mountain bikes and e-bikes can be rented at the bike center, ideal for exploring the Tuscan countryside. 

Modern Spa & Wellness and fitness center

The Spa & Wellness offers modern facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and indoor and outdoor pools. There is an extensive choice of massages and beauty treatments. For guests who want to exercise, there is a well-equipped gym with cardio and strength equipment. 

Yoga in the nature of Tuscany

The agriturismo offers weekly yoga classes in a serene setting, indoors or outdoors, overlooking the Tuscan countryside. For those who wish, tailor-made yoga sessions are also available (for a fee), focused on relaxation and mindfulness. 

Soccer field

In the center of the estate is a well-maintained soccer field with poles and lighting. It is a popular meeting place for children and the perfect location for friendly matches between guests. 

Country house - 3 apartments

This small country house has a total of three apartments: two trilocale apartments with two bedrooms and a large apartment with four bedrooms for up to eight people. All apartments are furnished in Tuscan style, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and access to a shared garden with tables and chairs.
