Unique agriturismo in Tuscany with swimming pools, wellness, restaurant and bike park

This agriturismo, beautifully situated in the rolling hills of the Maremma and just a 20-minute drive from the coast, is unique for its many facilities for an unforgettable holiday. Whether you come with friends, family or as a couple, you will experience here a perfect combination of luxury and tranquility, while being near lively Tuscan coastal towns. The agriturismo consists of 7 rooms and 24 apartments divided into six renovated houses scattered around the estate. The various country houses are listed under numbers 209, 210, 211 and 212 on my site. 

Agriturismo near the beach on the Tuscan coast

Maremma, located in the southern part of the Tuscan coast, is a perfect destination for lovers of sun and sea. Especially the long, wide sandy beaches around Punta Ala, surrounded by shady pine trees, are ideal for a summer day at the beach. Nearby seaside towns such as Castiglione della Pescaia and San Vincenzo, my personal favorites, offer a lively atmosphere with beach bars, restaurants and local markets, and are easily accessible from the agriturismo. 

Four outdoor pools and a heated indoor pool

The four outdoor pools are fenced and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, so you can relax anywhere. The largest pool offers a panoramic view of an authentic village and is shaded by majestic pine trees. There is also a large heated indoor pool, where you can enjoy swimming even in the colder months of the year. 

Restaurant, breakfast buffet and cooking workshop

The restaurant at the agriturismo serves dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from its own farm or from local producers. It is served in good weather on a spacious terrace, ideal for having breakfast outside in the morning. Also, the chef offers weekly cooking workshops for guests who want to learn the intricacies of the Tuscan cuisine. 

Bike park and e-bike trails in Tuscany

The agriturismo has a professional bike park with trails for mountain bikers of different levels, from challenging off-road trails to quiet routes through the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Mountain bikes and e-bikes are available for rent at the bike center, giving guests the opportunity to explore the area in a sporty way. The area is also great for road bikes and gravel bikes. 

Spa & Wellness and fitness facilities

The Spa & Wellness has modern facilities such as saunas, steam rooms, relaxation area and whirlpools. Guests can pamper themselves with various massages and beauty treatments for total relaxation. An extensive fitness room is also available, equipped with modern cardio and strength equipment, so you can stay active during your stay. 

Yoga in the wild

For those who are looking for relaxation, weekly yoga classes are offered in a peaceful setting. In addition, personalized yoga classes are available upon request, focusing on relaxation, mindfulness and flexibility. Yoga sessions take place in an indoor space or outside, overlooking the enchanting Tuscan countryside. 

Soccer field

There is a well-maintained soccer field on the property, equipped with lighting and goal posts. The field is an ideal location for friendly matches between guests and a popular meeting place for children. 

Country house - 3 apartments and 7 rooms

The country house located next to the owner's stately villa offers three apartments: two trilocale apartment with two bedrooms each and a smaller bilocale apartment with one bedroom. The apartments are tastefully furnished in Tuscan style and are equipped with air conditioning, wifi and have access to a shared garden with seating area.

There are also 7 double rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom with shower, TV, safe, air conditioning and refrigerator. Guests of these rooms can use an charming garden with tables and chairs, located under shady pine trees. This garden is located near the swimming pool, which can be reached by crossing a small asphalt road.
